GoMeasure3D did a 3D scan of this 18th-century horse skeleton. A digital artifact of the horse that can be analyzed in perpetuity on computers, exactly as the bones rested in the ground. With the digital file now in hand, 3D printers can create scaled models of the horse skeleton as it lay in the ground.
