ZEISS GOM Scan 1 is a stationary 3D scanner with a compact and durable design. It’s engineered for high-precision scanning of small to medium-sized objects.
ZEISS GOM Scan 1 is a plug-and-play 3D scanner designed to intuitively digitize physical objects into 3D models. Simple to use, it excels at quickly measuring parts—even in tight or confined spaces.
It’s small, but it delivers—big. It has a compact form and a rugged body, enhanced with advanced technologies.
Different applications have different requirements. GOM Scan 1 has three models with different measuring volumes: MV 100, MV 200 and MV 400. They deliver high-precision measurements for small to medium-sized objects.
Built on industrial-grade technologies like fringe projection and Blue Light Technology, GOM Scan 1 3D scanner delivers highly detailed and accurate 3D meshes. Easily use the mesh data for a wide range of industry applications—from 3D inspection, 3D printing, reverse engineering, and 3D visualization.
GOM Scan 1 makes capturing 3D data simple. The plug-and-play 3D scanner combines intuitive operation with advanced features to streamline the 3D scanning process. Its compact size allows for easy transportation, making it suitable for mobile 3D scanning needs in various environments. Accompanied by a travel case (sold separately), the GOM Scan 1 is highly portable.
GOM Scan 1 working together with ZEISS INSPECT software takes meshes to the next level. You can rely on high quality data, generate precise meshes, and get your 3D data easily and fast. Accurate measurements are easy to access digitally at any time. Physical access to the part is no longer necessary.
GOM Scan 1 has features that makes metrology simple.
As an optical 3D fringe projection scanner, GOM Scan 1 captures the complete surface contour of components with blue fringe projection and delivers detailed resolution in no time.
Using stereo camera principle, it recognizes changing ambient conditions during operation and can compensate for these changes. To ensure the quality of the measuring data, the software continuously monitors the hardware status, making sure it’s performing at optimal condition.
The GOM Scan 1 uses blue light technology in its projection system. Because it works with narrowband blue light, it can filter out interfering ambient light while capturing images. Thanks to its strong light source, it also delivers fast measuring times.
All three models of GOM Scan 1 use two 6-megapixel cameras to deliver high-precision measurements for your parts. The resolution of your scan increases as the field of view decreases.
While the 3D sensor you choose can be determined by the size of the part, it is mainly determined by the resolution of the meshes you desire.
