Mesh2Surface is excellent at handling organic modeling based on scan data. The Autosurface tool provides the quickest way to convert scan data to surface with a click of a button. This especially useful for highly complex organic surfaces. If you are not completely satisfied with the automated results you have control to modify a portion of the model the way you want.
