GoMeasure3D celebrates 20 years

Today, I’m proud to announce our 20th year in business and we’ve got a lot to celebrate. To be honest, it’s been quite a remarkable ride.

We’ve seen how our company and the 3D scanning and measurement industry has evolved over the past two decades. What started out as a family-owned and operated CNC shop, which later went on to sell CAM software along with MicroScribe portable CMMs, has now been transformed into a business that offers a wide range of 3D measurement solutions, both in hardware and software, to our customers.

We work closely with our customers to implement these technologies into their operations in order to help them design better products, measure with confidence, visualize their ideas in 3D, streamline processes and workflows, and build 3D inspection systems so they can produce high-quality products that are representative of their brand.

By offering valuable, cost-effective tools, we hope we can help more organizations improve current processes and to realize the potential of what 3D technologies can do.

Transform the Way You Work

When I get asked what is it that we do at GoMeasure3D, it’s sometimes difficult to explain this without having a long conversation. We put together this video to encapsulate what we do. From manufacturing to medical, archeology to aerospace, our solutions cover a vast array of applications transforming the physical to digital.

Why We Do What We Do

Professional 3D scanning and measurement solutions can get quite expensive and become a barrier for people to adopt their use. We want to bridge this gap.

We believe advanced 3D scanning and measurement technologies can truly make a difference in transforming the way you work. We’ve seen this first hand through our customers’ success stories.

Consequently, we spend a lot of time and effort in finding the right solutions that you can get the most value for work—even with a modest budget.

Making Advanced 3D Technologies More Accessible

Making advanced 3D technologies more accessible is one of the main reasons why we started our GoMeasure3D Shop in 2014. Even if you are a one-person company with a small budget, there’s a lot you can accomplish with affordable 3D scanners and 3D modeling software.

We are currently working to expand our shop further with CAM and CNC solutions to provide you with the full workflow of 3D technology from start (3D scanning) to finish. From reverse engineering to rapid prototyping, part analysis, and inspection, we’ve got all the tools you need to get you to where you want to be with efficiency.

New Content Series: GoMeasure3D Answers

Graphic book

We like to kick off our celebration with a new series called GoMeasure3D Answers. Being in the industry for quite some time, there are questions we get asked all the time. We’re working on compiling a library of these frequently asked questions to share our knowledge and love for advanced 3D technologies with you.

Our first question in the series is:

Can A 3D Scanner Directly Output A CAD Model?

That being said, if you have any questions on how you can incorporate and implement 3D scanning and measurement technologies into your work, please feel free to reach out to us.

It’s been a joy to come to work every day and help customers find the right 3D solutions for their work. We look forward to celebrating 20 wonderful years and beyond!

Cheers,
