HDI Advance R3x 3D Scanner: 3D Scanning Demonstration

This video demonstrates the 3D scanning process of using a structured-light 3D scanner in real time, specifically with the HDI Advance R3x system. The video is taped with no video editing in between to show realistically how long it takes to take scans of an object and merge them together create a complete digital 3D model from start to finish. The use of a rotary table automates the 3D scanning process of scanning, merging, and stitching individual scans into the full 3D model.
